We use 3 Swiss Conveyorised Flat Bed Cutting Systems to provide cost and time efficient technical cutting solutions. The machines are capable of working with roll or sheet materials, (Non Metallic) and combined with a powerful nesting Software System achieve high yields especially in roll formats. A general rule for best results in technical cutting solutions is the material thickness dictates the smallest radius possible to cut. Otherwise blade deflection during the cutting process spoils finished edge. Unlimited Geometry can be cut by Machine & Software, this includes perforations, sprocket or notch details. Other technical cutting solutions include creasing heads which cater for soft or hard materials and use a range of different profiles to achieve a production Crease.
