Fully assembled and installs by fitting just six screws on a steel cradle ( the cradle is 105mm Deep & the Overall Width of the ladder & springs is 520mm ) Overall width at base 435mm Standing Tread width 310mm x 60mm Deep Two models available for heights between 2.17mt and 2.88mt Maximum. Minimum Hatch Size Required : 510mm Wide x 600mm Length Trap Door NOT SUPPLIED / Trap door must open downwards for the loft ladder to operate correctly. Angle of inclination 65º to 75º depending on the Floor to Floor Height. 150kg Rated to EN14975 Quality Manufactured Product.
