Rap Interiors Comes Runner Up for ‘Construction Project of the Year’ Award

We are delighted to announce that we have picked up a trophy in the ‘Construction Project of the Year’ category at the 2018 Kent Invicta Chamber Business Awards. We came runner up for our interior transformation of Blends for Friends, which entailed implementing a number of spaces in a newly built countryside barn in Kemsing, Kent. On the Night We had a fantastic time at the awards dinner at the Canterbury Cathedral Lodge. The black tie and cocktail dress event saw the Rap team enjoy a delicious three course meal accompanied with wine and local lager. In between courses, we waited patiently for our category as other office fit out companies picked up their awards, which ranged from Business of the Year to Excellence in Customer Service. When the Construction Project of the Year category was announced, we were delighted to pick up a runner up prize and celebrated with another bottle of wine! Following the announcement, several brave members of the Rap office interior design team volunteered themselves to take part in a comedy hypnotist act. Much laughter ensued as the volunteers acted out every one of hypnotist’s command, including inventing and stroking an exotic new pet. While none of the Rap volunteers remembered any of it, luckily those sitting in the audience got it all one camera! We are over the moon to receive this prestigious prize and would like to thank the Kent Invicta Chamber for nominating us. We would also like to say a huge well done to the other office fit out companies in the category. Our aim is to win the top prize next year, so watch this space!
