RAP’s Julie Anderson To Judge KEiBA Awards 2015, with IoD Kent
Julie Anderson, Director of RAP Interiors, is proud to be one of the judges of the “Entrepreneur of the Year” KEiBA award on behalf of the IoD Kent Branch. Since 2008, the KEiBA (Kent Excellence In Businesses Awards) have been produced by Kent County Council and the KM Media Group to recognise and celebrate excellence in businesses from Kent and Medway. The diverse range of awards attracts a wide number of entries from businesses in the county who want to express they really are excellent at what they do, and many prove this within their entries. This year the awards launched on Thursday 8th January at Dickens World in Chatham where over 200 people attended to see what was to be expected of the awards for their seventh year – which did not disappoint. Businesses in Kent have 15 categories available to enter (4 maximum), including Apprenticeship of the Year, Best Land Based Business and the much sought after SME, Large Business and Start-up Business of the Year awards. Speaking at the launch Mark Dance, a KCC Cabinet Member for Economic Development said “The KEiBA awards are undoubtedly one of the highlights of the year for the business community in Kent. The awards really do show off the quality of Kent businesses and demonstrate the hard work and entrepreneurial flair in action right across the county.” (quote from the KEiBA website – http://www.keiba.co.uk/news/207/) julie award The Institute of Directors, Kent are sponsoring the Entrepreneur of the Year award with Julie from RAP Interiors as one of their judges.
