Whether you requirement is for high pressure die castings or gravity die castings, our extensive product range is guaranteed to suit any requirement. Our casting process is quick and repeatable. In simple terms it is performed simply by the die casting mold being sprayed with lubricant and closed. The lubricant helps control the temperature of the die as well as assisting in the removal of the casting. Molten metal is then shot into the die under high pressure; once the die is filled the pressure is maintained until the casting has solidified. The die is then opened and the casting or casting’s in multi impressions dies, are ejected from the die.
