Dear Sir It seems to me that very few people seem to deal in positive messages these days so here goes. A few days ago I sent an enquiry to your site regarding an unimportant matter, one of your retractable garden hoses that needed a little TLC. A very helpful man, (Russell Brown), called back very promptly with advice and costings. I thought it best to drive to Aldershot in case any part that I ordered might have changed. Your receptionist was charming and helpful and Russell Brown could not have been more helpful in dealing with my trivial matter. Your's seems to be a very happy and well run operation, my congratulations for what that is worth, and thank you for the help I received. In passing your product is terrific and wherever I can I pass the word around. I have two of them and the one that had its seals renewed is over 20 years old and still performs perfectly.
