The hydraulically operated machine has an open C press frame,1 off welding press for LHD heel-mat and foot-rest and a 1 off welding pres for an RHD heel-mat. It also has a turnatable with two working positions, a high frequency generator with resonant cavity and working frequency of 27,12MHz+0,6%, a control panel with PLC and a conditioning device for moulds. The (adjustable) max closing force is 5000kg, working station dimensions of 2200 times 1850mm, and max carpet height dimensions of 450mm.
