ZEMAT High frequency welder Model - ZD 6 PS

PSA single-stand HF welder with 5 kW power is intended for welding PVC film elements used in the production of diaper change mattresses for babies. A movable work table situated at the side of the machine enables easy and fast placement of components to be processed. Due to a special structure and unique shape of the electrode, a lasting and aesthetic cut-off weld may be obtained during a single working cycle. The welding cycle is PLC controlled. In addition, the machine has a fast anti-punchthrough system and an optional heating platen of the electrode.
