GEAF SPS 75-123/20kw Medical Mattresses machine. We supply a range of high frequency welding plant for the production of medical mattresses and lifejackets from GEAF. Choose from our automatic lines for the production of medical mattresses and lifejackets. The lines can have a table size of up to 3500 mm x 1500 mm, with generators up to 60kw The machine operation is based on step by step technology, (research and developed by GEAF and R.H.P.T.) Basically large items such as mattresses can be welded using a smaller welding head and welding the product over a series of steps ranging from 1 - 12. This saves on machine cost and also space.
