SMRE SM-321-SV unwinding, marking and cutting system

SM-321-SV is a high performance unwinding, marking and cutting system that automatically carries out the following functions: Unwinding of the PVC sheet – loaded onto a transportation trolley – off of the roll Square cutting with pentagonal electric blade Lateral marking along the width of the PVC sheet with a pen marker While the sheet is pulled through the machine 3 or more cutting wheels – the distance of which is manually regulated on the machine bridge with pneumatically operated knife holders – slice the fabric to the desired widths. The knife holders are also suitable for pen markers, in case the fabric needs to be marked over the length of the sheet. The operator can choose the amount (1, 2, 3, more or none) of cutting or marking tools that are to be employed. On the other side of the cutting bridge the cut or marked fabric is deposited into a trough, or automatically rewinded onto a motorized fabric roller.
