GEAF TARPAULIN: SO Stationary Head

GEAF SO gantry welder The SO range offers the customer a very flexible method of producing tarpaulin products including HGV curtains, marquees, tents and large structures. The SO machine can be supplied with an integrated generator supplying a power output of 8, 12 or 15 kw. The generator is placed on the bottom of the machine to allow easy installation onto the frame. The GEAF antiflash system protects the tooling from damage in the event of a flashover and the design of the suspended press frame construction allows easy welding of bulky, complex items. The press has two parallel electrodes with an adjustable distance of 5mm to 200mm. It also has a multipolar electric cable connecting the upper and lower machine extendable to customer requirements. The working cycle is controlled by a panel in the upper suspended press.
