GEAF TARPAULIN: STR Traveling Head

GEAF STR travelling head welder The STR range offers the customer a very flexible method of producing tarpaulin products including HGV curtains, marquees, tents and large structures. The machine table length increases to the client's specification by 2m increments. A large trough at the rear of the table allows easy access to the welding area where small or large tarpaulin sheets can be loaded. Auto-tuning anode power ensures controlled welding of the product. Operation settings are programmed into the PLC unit. The power is then monitored and automatically adjusted. Leg supports are automatically operated by pneumatically controlled cylinders - themselves controlled by limit switches set under the trough.
