Using the fully automated bin filler is an efficient way of filling fruit bins. It can be used with virtually all types of sorting machines. The fruit enters the rotating bin via the adjustable supply belt and vertical finger conveyor belt. The combination of the rotating bin with the brush and feed chute guarantees an even filling of the fruit in the bin without bruising it. The feed chute is fitted with a sensor which automatically controls the height of the filler element.After the bin has been placed on the turntable, filling can be started using the start button. The filler element is lowered into the empty bin, the bin begins to rotate and filling commences.The required minimum space varies according to the setup; 335 x 149 cm or 260 x 244 cm. The height of the supply belt can be set anywhere from 70 to 120 cm.
