Project win -693 student accommodation in Nottingham

Exciting news 🗞️ Project WIN Wednesday, a new 693 bed student accommodation in the heart of Nottingham’s new island quarter.🚨🎉

We have won the tank clean, disinfection of all domestic water services and the domestics water samples for precommission.💦🗳️🔬🎉our works have already started this week with our teams set up to ensure the domestics are in tip top condition for handover.

Our valued client mellor Bromley are working under Bowmer & Kirkland the contractor for the student accommodation phase of the £1.4bn Island Quarter project in Nottingham. Designed by Day Architectural, the project will include a 12-storey block offering 693 beds across different room types. The student accommodation is set to be operational by September 2024.
