Riello UPS warranty periods and terms are some of the best in the industry. Warranty extension is also available up to five years on selected models. The Riello UPS UK service team operates through out the UK and Eire. In addition to specific engineering locations the company has a Service Workshop at its main Wrexham site. This provides some technical support for customers but is mainly focused on the repair and return to working order of Riello UPS and third party products. All goods received by the Service Workshop are inspected within a short space of time and a quotation raised for any rectification work. Goods returned from the field must follow the returns procedure. Returns procedure Riello UPS may accept the return of unused goods within 30 days of invoice, subject to our conditions of sale and service and the following: The return must be agreed before hand and a returns number issued by the Riello UPS service team. Without this the goods may be rejected at the warehouse. The product must be properly packed for shipment. Please use the original packing material if possible, and insure the product for its full value. If the original packaging is not available, the product must be boxed adequately for the transportation method chosen. The responsibility for safe packaging rests with the shipping site. If a unit arrives at the Riello UPS warehouse in a damaged condition, any remaining warranty may be voided. The returns number must be displayed on any package. On arrival at the Riello UPS warehouse the goods will go through the Service Workshop and be inspected for damage and repairs. Any costs associated with rectification are charged to the customer. 3rd Party policy The Riello UPS service team can maintain and repair most brands of UPS, DC power system and generators.
