Rockbond Underwater products are non hazardous and safe to use in underwater applications (even in areas with fish). The products are manufactured from natural materials: the cements are quarried from the ground, silica sand originates from river beds, aggregates are dredged from the sea and the mix water would normally be sourced from the surrounding river or lake.
