ATEX Certified Ex Enclosures from ROLEC

ROLEC has received ATEX certification for its comprehensive programme of aluminium and glass filled polyester Ex enclosures - the aluKOM-Ex, polyTOP-Ex, and polyKOM-Ex lines. ROLEC’s aluKOM-Ex IP 66 aluminium enclosures are suitable for hazardous environments. Available in a large range of industry standard sizes, these enclosures feature steel earth connections on the outside. Accessories for the aluKOM-Ex range include internal and external hinges, external mounting brackets, and internal mounting plates. The weather resistant polyTOP-Ex range is IP 65 rated. Manufactured from glass fibre reinforced polyester, these enclosures are corrosion proof as all metal inserts are manufactured from stainless steal. Available in a wide range of sizes, the polyTOP-Ex range has optional lid fixings from standard slot head screws to allen head screws. The polyKOM-Ex enclosures feature an ingress protection of IP 66, are weather resistant, and corrosion proof. The metal inserts and lid fixings are manufactured from stainless steel, with the main body of the enclosures being manufactured from glass fibre reinforced polyester, ensuring their durability. The polyKOM-Ex enclosures are available in a wide variety of sizes ranging from 80 x 75 x 55mm up to the largest at 400 x 405 x 165mm. ROLEC offers a full customising service on these Ex enclosures with CNC milling, drilling, silk-screen printing, assembly of cable glands and terminals and much more, providing a fully finished housing ready for fitting the components.
