New Concept IP67 Aluminium Enclosures from ROLEC

ROLEC’s aluCASE range of IP67 diecast enclosures is a new concept in the marketplace. After extensive market research ROLEC have answered many of the criticisms of standard off-the-shelf diecast enclosures. For example, when fitting membrane keypads or control panels to the aluCASE, you don’t have to crop around the case fixings, a recessed area in the top is already provided. Also in the past are unsightly hinges and visible screws, as the modern integrated hinge design has no visible fixings and clip-in trims, in plastic or aluminium, are supplied to hide the case and wall fixings. Extras such as wall brackets are no longer needed as the aluCASE range incorporates screw ports for wall mounting, even when the unit is assembled, and accessories are not required to keep the lid retained as two straps are now included. Another option for this innovative range of enclosures is a key lock incorporated in the hinge assembly, offering a better design than traditional key locks. The aluCASE enclosures are powder painted window grey RAL 7040. Other options include EMC and IP67 gaskets and gortex condensation glands. ROLEC offers a full customising service on these enclosures with CNC milling, drilling, silkscreen printing, assembly of cable glands and terminals and much more, providing a fully finished housing ready for fitting the components.
