RotaLube® Extreme is manufactured from Aluminium or steel material, similar in characteristic to the enhanced range of Rotalube® applicators this series provides an unrivaled and reliable method of applying lubricant to the chain plates and/or roller, designed to operate in temperatures up to 300°C. Not Supplied with reducing nozzles, this type of applicator has an extended pressure range up to 2 bar (30 psi). Where corrosion / oxidization are concerns this unit can be supplied with an electrolytic passivation process (anodised) in conjunction with aluminium.Optimum lubrication reduces wear . The largest relative movement of all chains occurs between the link plate and the chain pin where heavy forces are present. Insufficient or in accurate lubrication of the chain pin will result in premature wear and chain failure. The consequence is expensive production stopages. Precise and efficient lubrication is achieved by fitting the New and Unique Rotalube system which will increase the quality and life of the chain.
