RotaLube® ALManufactured from Aluminium material, like our enhanced range of Rotalube® applicators this series provides a fantastic and reliable method of applying lubricant to the chain plates and/or roller. This is usually used where larger applicators are require for larger pitch chains and can be supplied with or without reducing nozzles, this type of applicator has an extended pressure range up to 2 bar (30 psi), it is supplied with Nitrile (NBR) seals as standard however alternative sealing such as Viton (FKM) are available. This unit can operate at temperatures up to 170 °C. Where corrosion / oxidization are concerns this unit can be supplied with an electrolytic passivation process (anodised).Aluminium. Supplied without outlet reducing nozzles. 2 bar (30psi) pressure. Nitrile sealing as standard with Viton alternates. Up to 170 °C. Chain speed in excess of 70 metres per minute. Anodised alternative.
