In order to aid our continued expansion, we are always interested to hear from keen and conscientious individuals looking for employment, including summer workers. Round Wood of Mayfield has grown significantly over recent years across all departments, including our Oak Framed Building, Hardwood Decking, Oak Flooring and Home & Garden Features teams. As such, we are often recruiting for a variety of positions, so it is always worth getting in touch to see if we have any situations vacant. Currently, we have the following positions available: Packing Assistants - Summer positions available! Required to support our despatch team due to a rapidly increasing volume of internet orders. Joiner We are looking to recruit an experienced joiner for our dedicated workshop. Whilst all manner of projects are undertaken, the majority are in oak and involve doors, windows and staircases. Possible management opportunity. Machinist To aid our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an additional machinist for our busy timber mill. The successful candidate will assist with the picking and preparation of products such as skirting, architrave, beams and bulk timbers.
