Start Date: Immediate Position Type: Full time Location: Team Valley, Gateshead Industry: Engineering / Infrastructure The Project Manager is responsible for scoping, planning, and delivering a project. They will be working closely with representatives from each of the key company stakeholders to scope, design, plan, and execute our deliverables in 2019. They will also be involved in planning, as well as managing aspects of the project such as the project team, Contractors and responsible for the ultimate project from sale to handover. They will be responsible for delivering to budget, and schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who understands and aligns with the goals of Rubb Buildings Ltd. You will have the chance to work with and coordinate with all internal departments and management to pull through a project with morale and engineering discipline. We are looking for an individual who takes initiative to learn and act, can both lead and work in a team, and has experience managing projects in a fast moving and sometimes complex environment. Core Responsibilities – Understanding the needs of the Company, Project and the stakeholders involved in a project – Liaising and communicating directly with the client and client proåject team – Planning the project, and contractors – Working and achieving project budgets and schedules – Developing a team structure – Managing the project – Track budget and schedule – Deliver a high quality finished product, on time and within budget – Report team activities and progress towards goals of key stakeholders – Commit to development of personal skills and advancing Remuneration We offer a Competitive Salary, Company Pension Scheme, Company Car, laptop and Phone, + 25 days paid annual leave.
