THA Shelter

Rubb has designed, constructed and installed a THA for QinetiQ Dorchester. The 6m span, 9m length, 3.3m leg structure in Nato Green was installed in Dorchester for security and defence contractor, QinetiQ. Rubb has previously worked with QinetQ to construct an 8m span moveable environmental building used for testing and evaluating MoD assets. Rubb fabric buildings feature structural steelwork that has been hot dip galvanized to protect against corrosion. The cladding membrane is made using high tenacity PVC polyester fabric, which is flame retardant and has a life expectancy of up to 25 years. THA Rubb shelters are available in 6m, 8m, 10m, and 12m span widths with 3.3m high sidewalls. These industrial fabric shelters can be supplied by any length in 3m modules.
