Land Drainage - Fin Drain

A discreet high volume, land drainage solution. Fin drain is a narrow, perforated pipe wrapped in a geotextile membrane. It functions similar to other perforated land drain systems but allows a much faster installation time, reducing costs on time and labour. Water drains through the soil into the fin drain where large particles and silt are filtered by the geotextile, water is then free to run to the main drainage system. Commonly installed on roads as 'edge of highway' drainage due to its low setup times but it is also used on sports pitches due to its size compared to perforated pipe less excavation and backfilling is required. Available on could from 150mm to 600mm wide in various lengths, junctions end caps and outlets also available to order.
