CDM 2015 - A complete overhaul!

New CDM Regulations came into force on 6th April 2015. These regulations have superseded and overhauled the 2007 Regulations meaning new duties have been placed on the client, contractor and designer. The CDM Co-ordinator no longer exists and there are new requirements for any designer and contractor working on domestic premises regardless as to whether the project is notifiable.
