Black PVC Replacement Fender Insert - 37.8mm x 26mm

This non-marking black PVC replacement insert is 37.8mm wide by 30mm high and comes supplied in a 20 metre coil. This insert pushes into a channel in your existing fender or rail to help protect your boat from bumps or knocks in the event of impact. Although commonly used within the marine industry, this section can be used in other industrial settings, such as docking bays and factories, where there is an existing groove or channel capable of taking this width profile. The hollow shape allows for the fender to compress under pressure by absorbing and deflecting the impact. We manufacture this product from high quality PVC which is a compound commonly used within marine and industrial environments. This product is around the same hardness (67° Shore A) as the rubber on a car tyre and has an operating temperature range between -20°C to +60°C. Unlike other materials, PVC is non-marking and will not leach colour onto your boat or other surface.
