Solid Nitrile Rubber Sheet 1400mm x 1000mm x 3mm

This Solid Nitrile Rubber Sheet is 1400mm by 1000mm and 3mm thick. This black flexible rubber sheet is an ideal material for sealing and edging applications, and can be used as a cushion between two surfaces. Solid nitrile can be easily cut with a sharp knife so can be used to make custom sized gaskets. We manufacture this product from high quality nitrile which is a rubber compound suitable for a wide range of everyday and industrial applications. This material has a good resistance to most substances including most oils, fuels, UV, air and ozone. This product is around the same hardness (65°-70° Shore A) as the rubber on a car tyre and has an operating temperature range between -20°C to +125°C. Solid nitrile can be bonded to most clean and grease free surfaces. The material and surface should be abraded and solvent wiped before using a good quality contact adhesive such as our A139 or A262 (available from our website) to join the surfaces together.
