The Wroxham School’s PTA have been busy raising funds to transform their play area, and we were really excited to be picked to deliver their new adventure-play space, as well as some additions to refresh their adventure trail.
For their new centrepiece climber we proposed our popular Dinosaur Nest climber, which invites their pupils to explore in any direction that they choose to provide maximum repeat play value.
The climber sits on rubber mats, to provide a cost-effective safety surfacing and anti-erosion measure. The school also opted for steel feet on the uprights, to prolong the expected life span of the logs, raising them up out of the ground to avoid ground-level damp and rot in the long-term.
We also filled in a gap in their adventure trail with somew new activities, patching up the existing artificial grass to create a cost-effective addition to the space.
We’re always grateful to be picked for projects, especially be local schools, and we hope their pupils love their new play area!
