MHA Care Homes Back in 2013 Sign Specialists were approached by the MHA design team to assist with their new branding which incorporated a new colour scheme and logo. The plan was to roll out the new scheme each time a care home was refurbished so that the new image could be incorporated each time a home was refreshed or extended. Sign Specialists carried out a trial run on the first 5 refurbishments and as the requirement was established, continued their progress across the MHA estate. This necessitated a site visit where the home was surveyed and a scheme compiled in agreement with the management to maximise not only the brand but also the onsite wayfinding which guided visitors to the home and also residents to the various areas of the home. Signage ranges from the main home, car park and external wayfinding as well as internal signage directing visitors and residents to all parts of the home. To date Sign, Specialists have supplied signage to over 30 care homes and continue to do so on a regular basis.
