IROKOA solid hardwood material 28mm thick and oiled as standard, exposed edges are rounded at the top and throated underneath. A highly durable material suitable for chemical laboratories with a maximum jointless length of 3 metres.TRESPA “ATHLON”A solid resin panel with a melamine resin surface providing good chemical, scratch and wear resistance. Particularly suited for physics and geological laboratories, available in a range of colours, speckles and patterns. The maximum jointless length is 3 metres.TRESPA “TOPLAB plus”A solid resin panel available in plain or speckle colours on a surface which provides high stain and chemical resistance combined with excellent wear and scratch resistance. Suitable for most laboratory applications and has a maximum jointless length of 3 metres.EPOXY RESINOne of the most suitable laboratory surfaces. It is both heat and shock resistant as well as being impervious to liquids. A stable flat surface as standard which can be fitted with a seamless lip to contain spillage. Sinks and drip cups can be fitted with seam free joints.SOLID SURFACE MATERIAL“ Corian” or “Surell” are often described as synthetic stone, they are non-porous, durable and repairable so provide a surface which is suitable for use with most chemicals. Joints are invisible and impervious so working surfaces are ideally suited to clinically clean areas.TILESRed, acid resistant tiles have excellent resistance to chemicals and solvent attack, staining and heat. Fitted to a plywood base with epoxy adhesive and grout the are suitable for wash up or acidic areas.STAINLESS STEEL.Made to measure AISI 316 grade stainless steel worktops are bonded to a plywood or MDF sub-base and have all joints fully welded.
