As well as shot blasting, surface planing / scabbling is one of the most used methods of preparing concrete and asphalt surfaces. Especially where a more aggresive key is required for a new surface, or thick, rubbery deposits (such as on airport runways) need to be removed. SPE manufacture a range of electric, petrol and diesel powered units that have proved time and again highly efficient in planing / scabbling processes, with machines from 200mm cutting widths for lighter projects to 500mm skidsteer versions for very heavy duty projects. With a range of beam, TCT and milling cutters available, SPE Planers are highly versatile, practicle and efficient soluition.
