Location: Main Gaydon site, in the One-77 micro factory.
Model: 5.0Meter painted Aluminium top Turntable, Motorised and with Remote Control.
Installed: August 2010
Details: In 2010 Aston Martin built a micro factory, adjacent to their main factory at Gaydon, in which they were to build a new model of car called the ONE-77. Aston Martin commissioned Spin-It to build and install a car turntable in a workshop cell to be located at the end of the build-up process.
The car turntable installed was our standard 5.0 metre aluminium top model, complete with remote control. Aston Martin requested that it was fitted flush in to the concrete floor and was painted in a RAL number to match the rest of the area.
Spin-It worked with a main contractor to oversee the preparation of the required ground works. Spin-It then installed and commissioned two turntables before handing back to the main contractor who completed the build.
