Releasing ink to stain cash when locked containers are broken into is just one example of the many solutions where our optical liquid level sensors are put to use. You will find them in a wide range of applications; from tank level monitoring to vending machines and hot tubs to bilge pump monitoring. See how we meet demanding requirements
Recently, a company enquired about using our liquid level sensors in their high spec security cash handling systems. Companies like this aim at managing valuables transportation, otherwise known as Cash In Transit market. The containers are used to transport cash in total security. The containers are locked; their electronic components, the different sensors and software in the containers enable them to permanently control their status and automatically and immediately degrade their contents in the event of an anomaly or break-in attempt.
The degradation process is an explosion inside the container that permanently stains the entire content with ink. SST liquid level sensors are now one of the sensing elements in this customer application as we were able to meet their necessary requirements.
SST have significantly expanded our range of Optical Liquid Level sensors to address issues such as limited power switching and unreliability. We can now offer products which are robust and reliable, cost effective and have an extensive range of electronic supply and power output variations.
All products are miniaturized, solid state, reliable and have been developed to a high specification whilst providing in house technical support.
