Roller Racking broken drive tube

During a repair to a non working mobile shelving and roller racking system this was diganosed as the fault. The drive tube or shaft had completely broken causing the mobile base to cease working. The cause of this is down to poor servicing or non existant servicing and not keeping the tracks clear of debris. We replaced the drive shaft and our client was operating the system later the same day that we attended site.
