Structure-flex Super Hygiene FIBC’s are designed to be used in conjunction with specialist filling and discharging equipment, in controlled dust free environments. FIBC’s for these specialist applications are made from UV stabilised woven polypropylene fabrics to maintain bag integrity. High quality liners are fitted inside each bag to guarantee containment of the product carried. Each liner is manufactured from polythene material and is produced on specialist machinery. For oxygen sensitive or easily tainted products specialist liner materials can be used to maintain product integrity. For applications that are sensitive to moisture ingress, barrier materials are available that greatly reduce transmission rates. All design variations are available with either tubular or shaped internal liners. These can be fixed to the FIBC, or be left loose, or be supplied separately as required.
