Gas Nitriding

A 50 hour treatment time will give a MINIMUM case depth of 0.4mm when applied to En40 or En41 material. For all other materials this same treatment will give a MAXIMUM case depth of 0.4mm This process is available once per week, on Tuesday's, please ensure all work is at the Windsor street site by 12.00 noon. A 72 hour treatment time will give a MINIMUM case depth of 0.6mm when applied to En40 or En41 material. This process is available once per week, on Friday's, please ensure all work is at the Windsor street site by 12.00 noon. For all other materials this same treatment will give a MAXIMUM case depth of 0.6mm.
