ProPlay Impact Absorbing Safety Surface
ProPlay is an impact absorbent foam matting developed to be used underneath artificial grass. Used for fall protection and as a shock pad under artificial sports surfaces. ProPlay consists of high quality recycled closed cell polyethylene foam flakes, heat bonded together to from strong and flexible mats. It drains freely and has a geotextile membrane to help prevent weed growth. It can be used all year round, as it does not freeze in the winter or deform in the summer heat. The thickness of the system can determine the critical fall height needed, with a 35mm thick system having a tested fall height of up to 1.6m.
