Lee's track record speaks for itself - he has cooked for the likes of Hollywood stars Tom Cruise, Madonna, Eddie Murphy and Jim Carey.
Lee is running one masterclass every month for the rest of the year in the Painswick boutique hotel's state-of-the-art kitchen. The course is open to everyone, whatever their skill level. Hotel manager Neil Scott said he believed Cotswolds88 was the first in Gloucestershire to offer the concept. In a three hour lesson, Lee will guide his class to prepare a three-course lunch which everyone on the course will enjoy at the end of the day!
