Restaurant Kitchen Design - Gloucester Takeaway Success

Exciting new catering concept "On Toast" pops up on Gloucester's dockside West Quay with help from Target Design Studio's restaurant and kitchen design ideas. The niche, quirky "On Toast", brain child of David Purchase, built by Target Catering Equipment, features the simple Toasted Sandwich using Real Bread and a host of fillings from the popular cheese and onion to the exotic Valentine's Special of Turkish Delight with a splash of Rose Water. The vibrant design of the shop has been created by Target's Nicola Pedrette, who is currently completing her final year studying 3D Spatial Design at Gloucestershire College, just a stone's throw away from the peaceful dock basin. Small specialist shops and cafes are springing up along the waterside, all helping to complete the regeneration of this historic site. With another of the successful Tall Ships' festivals planned for 2011, along with many more exciting events planned in and around the Quays, Gloucester's dockland is quickly becoming an exhilerating tourist destination.
