Multimeter leads are convenient for measuring voltages on current by probing with a multimeter. Wouldn't it be convent to use multimeter probes with an oscilloscope? Well, now you can. This BNC cable is terminated with shrouded 4mm plugs (banana plugs), which means they can be connected to multimeter probes or plugged into any 4mm socket. Using a scope probe, that's almost impossible!
