Biannual Glass & Glazing Surveys, Health & Safety Inspections & Preventative Maintenance Programmes

These inspection programmes can be carried out to suit insurance company requirements. We can visit your site and carry out water testing on a biannual basis and clear drainage channels to prevent the debris build up that can cause leaks. We can also report on the condition of the glazing at this stage, alerting you to any glass that does not comply with current regulations and potential system failure, from loose or missing fixings through to hermetic seal failure. During these visits we carry out any minor repair works needed. All inspections come with a written report that demonstrates the condition of the glazing and highlights any minor works conducted, remedial actions required and proposals to resolve any issues.
