On the last bank holiday weekend in May the annual biker festival Margate Meltdown took place.
The Margate Meltdown is an annual biker event that took place this year for the 9th time. Organised originally by the Ace Café London it is a free ride out event, starting in London to the popular seaside resort in lovely Kent. Lucky that the weather was playing a good part in this event.
The Margate seafront was given over to the motorcycles, scooters and everything motorized on two wheels that day. With additional live entertainment from diverse clubs and trade stands we are really sorry that we have missed it.
Margate has everything that has been required for a good ride out, but also a very nice beach and plenty of heritage from the 1960s which includes a legacy that is of world renown relating to motorbikes and scooter and the Mods & Rockers that rode them.
No wonder that the café’s chosen charity is The Royal British Legion Riders.
This year one of our most popular ramp kit, The Black Widow Motorbike Ramps was chosen to take part in it and help our customer to load broken down motorbikes.
Please refer to the images forwarded to us. We have only heard good things about the Black Widow Motorbike Ramps in this matter. So have a look at our range of Motorbike Ramps or contact us for further information.
Feel free to forward us your experiences with our ramps in action.
