This intriguing deli/café/café garden has installed a Stannah Microlift, dumbwaiter, to ensure their service will remain excellent as the business expands. Le Langhe is an amazing street level delicatessen that sells meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, wines and all things Italian. They even make fresh pasta to order to take away. The shelves are crammed with the finest array of Italian cooking ingredients and kitchen implements to supply the most ambitious cooks. From the shop level, a few steps take you up to a light and airy café and through to a patio garden for al fresco dining. On the second floor a more formal restaurant is planned to open soon and the Stannah service lift will be essential for ease of service from the kitchen below. Proprietor, Ottavio Bocco, comments: ‘Our plan was to operate three elements to our business. Our first aim was to stock an outstanding delicatessen and then use those ingredients in our all-day café. The third and very exciting element will be our second floor fine dining restaurant. We planned our Stannah Microlift into our building to ensure we could move our produce easily between floors and avoid excessive manual handling for our busy staff.’
