Material Tempering Services

Ferrous Product Tempering Services are a Heat Treatment that is applied to products after quench hardening to bring about the properties to the required level. This particular process consists of heating up to specific temperatures (< Ac1) one or more times and holding at these temperatures, followed by cooling at an appropriate rate. Options include Spring Tempers, Double Temper and Fastener Temping up to lengths of up to 7.4m, with batch sizes up to 10 Tonnes.
