DEMOLITION

Naturally a number of our projects are not on ‘green field’ sites but are to be constructed in place of existing, often dilapidated or undersize, facilities. As part of our many service offerings and particularly on our turnkey projects where 3CB can act as Principle Contractor, we are asked to undertake demolition before we rebuild the site. We are able to undertake asbestos surveys and removal together with removal of waste from site and re-crushing existing concrete footings if the project scale justifies the specific plant necessary.
