Three Shires Growing Fencing Order Book
06-06-2012
Three Shires Ltd has an order book of over 100 kilometres of stock and demarcation fencing to be installed around the UK before September 2012.
But contracts for ecological worked dominated the company’s works in March. Its largest current contract is the continuing brushcutting contract on the Beauly – Denny powerline project in the Scottish Highlands, where we have 16 operators on the 45 mile southern section.
For Persimmon Homes, Three Shires has been creating hibernaculas at Sawtry and installing Herpetosure ‘Four Seasons’ bat boxes for DSM Demolition at Bishopstoke and for McAuliffe Demolition at the Princess Marina Hospital in Northampton.
The company completed planting 30,000 trees for the Norbury Estate in Staffordshire and
started arboricultural clearance work for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia at Old Catton with tree protection to follow shortly. It also completed an ecological woodland maintenance project for Center Parcs in Sherwood Forest.
Three Shires also put up anti-bird netting for David Wilson Homes at Hinckley and removed 2000m of eco-fencing on the A1 Barton-Dishforth widening scheme in Yorkshire.
