RKP Pump

The RKP range of Radial Piston Pumps were originally manufactured by Bosch Hydraulics. These pumps are now manufactured by Moog, who offer, through Titan Fluid Technologies a full repair and replacement service. The RKP Pump is a radial piston pump design manufactured by Moog and available in seven sizes between 19 and 140cm3/rev and maximum speed range from 1800 to 2900rev/min. The standard design permits continuous pressure to 280bar with 350bar peak limit. A high-pressure version is capable of continuous pressures up to 350bar with 420bar peak limit. Used extensively in plastics, metal-forming and metal cutting applications, this product is well known for low noise levels, compact design and high reliability. The RKP Pump can be operated, not only with mineral oil, but also with a wide variety of water-based fluids. As a variable displacement pump with a variety of control options, low energy consumption, and precise control, it is commonly used in open and close loop applications.
