FSP2000-V - Cold Storage Monitoring Kit gives the true temperature of stored food in fridges, freezers, cold stores and cold cabinets, reducing the risk of spoilt stock. Pack sizes include 1, 3, 5 and 10 Food Simulant Probes The kit comprises of: MM2000 Single Input Thermocouple Handheld Thermometer TFS01 Food Simulant Probe (Quantity dependant of Pack size selected) TFS01C Plug to Plug 2 meter connection cable (Only 1 required per pack) Temperature Log Book - 8 Pages (6 Week View) How does it work? The Food Simulant Probe is kept permanently within the cold store/freezer, this means there is zero settling time for the reading. To take a reading simply plug one end of the plug to plug cable into the top of the MM2000 Thermometer and the other end into the Simulant Probe being tested.
