KP09 Heavy Duty Oven Needle Probe. This stainless steel temperature probe is specially designed for the continuous monitoring of food whilst cooking. Can also be used for frozen, semi-solid and cooked foods.

•Measurement Range -100 to 400°C

•Stem Length - 130mm

•Stem diameter - 6mm

•6mm diameter shaft and pencil tip point allow ease of penetration

•Plug Type - Standard Mini 2 pin, which can be removed by user for hardwiring.
