With a Stainless Steel T-Bar Handle and 2 meters of Braided Stainless Steel Cable, this probe is ideal for continuous temperature monitoring of food during the cooking process. Can also be used for spot checks of frozen, semi-solid and cooked foods. It is supplied with a standard mini plug, which can be removed for hardwiring to any handheld, bench or large display thermometer
